Some believe it to be named after a local shepherd with the name of Musa who used to pray at the peak The mount has a prayer mat’s appearance and is thus named Musa Ka Musala, meaning Moses’ prayer mat. The mountain is ice scaped all year long. The mountaintop is considered a ziarat {Islamic shrine} by the localities, as a shepherd, in old times, used to offer his daily prayers at the peak. The mountain is surrounded by Khunda (Gali) Peak, which very much resembles K2. Mandagucha is a village located in Siran Valley, Mansehra District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan. The village is on the route to one of the highest hilltops of the Himalaya series in Pakistan, Musa ka Musalla, and has a cool climate.

Breakfast at Munda Gucha and get ready for a full-day hike towards Khori Basecamp, Start the Hike towards our destination around 7:30 AM, Pass-through Jacha Meadows, Dhori and sightseeing along the way, Daypacks for lunch will be provided, Arrival Khori Basecamp at 3:00 PM, Tea/Coffee and Noddles will be served upon arrival, Bonfire and Dinner around 7:00 PM, Overnight in Huts + Camps Trek Length: Manda Gucha → Khori (14.2 Kilometers)
Wake up early at 5:00 AM as today we will be pushing for Musa Ka Musalla Peak Summit, Ideally, we should be at the summit around 12:30 PM, Retrace back to basecamp (Khori), Bonfire and Dinner Musical Night / Summit celebration Overnight in Huts and Camps Trek Length: Khori → Summit (5.7 Kilometers)
After the successful summit, Today we will retrace to Munda Gucha & Back to Islamabad, Have Breakfast at 7:00 AM, Trek Back to Manda Gucha, Arrival MundaGucha at 1:00 PM, Depart for Islamabad around 2:00 PM, Lunch at Mansehra famous Shinkiari chappal Kabab Arrival Islamabad at 8:00 PM, End of adventure. Trek Length: Khori → Manda Gucha (14.2 Kilometers)
